“This being human is a guest house. Every morning is a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor…Welcome and entertain them all. Treat each guest honorably. The dark thought, the shame, the malice, meet them at the door laughing, and invite them in. Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.”—Rumi
“For even as love crowns you so shall he crucify you. Even as he is for your growth so is he for your pruning . Even as he ascends to your height and caresses your tenderest branches that quiver in the sun, So shall he descend to your roots and shake them in their clinging to the earth. Like sheaves of corn he gathers you unto himself.”—Kahlil Gibran
He was bitter. Bitter and annoyed. Bitter about the fact that he made so many choices that ultimately led him to be bitter. Bitter about being bitter. Annoyed that other people were foolish. That other people were unaware of their own doings. Mostly annoyed that he was unhappy.
"(Although truth be told I wouldn’t be surprised if the creators blindside us with Borra.)"--You're TRYING to make me go insane, aren't you? What did I say? Someone will die (probably me) if Mako x Korra isn't canon. DIIIIIIIIE. :'(
DIE!?!?!? BUT BUT BUT, THEN EVERYONE IN GRC WILL MISS YOU!
So, we have a pie chart. Let's title it..."LoK Shipping Wars on Lay-Lee's Dash". 80% of the pie is purple. On the key/legend you'll find that 'purple' illustrates Makorra. However, what bothers me is the 20% that's turquoise-ish--which on the key/legend is shown as Borra. THAT'S 20 PERCENT TOO MUCH BORRA ON MY DASH. I'm distressed. (although--truth be told? If, and when, they get Korra's skin tone right (aka; dark enough) the fan art is nice to look at).
Woah, XD. THE FIENDS….TOO MUCH BORRA. (Although truth be told I wouldn’t be surprised if the creators blindside us with Borra.)
“They’ve got nothing left in the tank and MAKO is on the offensive! It’s two on one! Scratch, that, One on One! And it’s an earth and fire SLUGFEST! There’s so much smoke and dust from the firefight, I can’t even tell where the Fireferret IS!”—Probending Announcer
A Blurb For N. Because I don't Miss you, I Pity you.
We sat there, sitting, talking. About you. Who you used to be. To each of us. That’s when we were told about what you’re going through. About how you’re depressed. That you’re going through therapy. You feel alone. Distant. That all of the friends you were close with have deserted you.
The first thing that came to my mind was honestly this: “Welcome to the hell you put me through, it’s about damn time.”
